The Standalone Product Platform is a fully customizable, independent website built on the Conduent Healthy Communities Institute (HCI) content management system. Unlike the Embedded Product Platform, which is integrated directly into an existing website, the standalone platform operates as a separate site with its own branding, navigation, and configuration.
The standalone platform brings together:
