The standalone product platform is a fully customizable separate website built on the Conduent Healthy Communities Institute content management system, differing from our embedded product platform, which is embedded into an existing website. The standalone platform integrates community data from state and national sources with information about local initiatives, promising practices, funding opportunities and more.
