To prepare for their next Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), Mary Washington Healthcare (MWHC) in Virginia wanted to bring a variety of community stakeholders into the process to collaboratively drive improvement through data-driven strategies. They turned to Conduent HCI to guide the process with public health expertise alongside an easy-to-use community engagement platform to prioritize areas of need, such as school-age obesity. Additionally, MWHC offered $1.9 million in funding opportunities and empowered local organizations to use the Conduent HCI Platform in their grant application process.
