All zip codes with a population of more than 300 persons, as reported by Claritas, are included in the Mental Health Index. Those with populations under 300 persons are excluded.
Additionally, ACS or CDC PLACES indicators included in the index may lack data for a given locale. Thus an index will not be calculated for that zip code or census tract.
If you select an excluded zip code or census tract, you will see the following message: "There are no index values for this selection. Please choose another."
